Interleukin-22 (IL-22) in donor cells and intact type I interferon (IFN) signaling pathway in recipient mice are required for increased inflammatory cytokines production. (ac) Plasma was collected at day 20 after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (allo-HCT) and cytokine concentrations were measured using a cytometric bead array kit (CBA) set. Data from at least three independent experiments with three mice per group are shown. Mean is indicated by a bar.
