Batf3-dependent dendritic cells (DCs) are dispensable for the production of interleukin-23 (IL-23) in Helicobacter hepaticus (Hh)-driven colitis. Wild-type (WT) and Batf3−/− mice were infected with Hh combined with anti-IL-10R monoclonal antibody (mAb) treatment and analyzed after 2 weeks alongside uninfected controls (Ctrl).
