Effect of interleukin-36γ (IL-36γ) on type-1 and interleukin-17 (IL-17)-inducing cytokine induction. Wild-type (WT) and IL-36γ−/− mice were infected with intrathecal (i.t.) Streptococcus pneumoniae (Sp).
