Effect of interleukin-36γ (IL-36γ) on type-1 and interleukin-17 (IL-17)-inducing cytokine induction. Wild-type (WT) and IL-36γ−/− mice were infected with intrathecal (i.t.) Streptococcus pneumoniae (Sp). Cytokines were measured from whole lung homogenates at the specified time points (*P<0.05 compared with WT at the same time point by two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with Sidak’s multiple comparisons test; n=6 mice per group per time point, representative of three separate experiments).
