Mice were depleted for CD4+ T cells or IL-17. Mice received depleting antibodies starting 4 days before the intranasal booster immunization and continuing until 9 days after. The experiment was terminated 10 days after booster immunization. Ag-specific T cells responses were assessed by IC Flow cytometry on in vitro ScpA-stimulated cells.
