COX-1 (a) and COX-2 (b) expression in ovarian cancers. Both COX-1 and COX-2 were expressed in the cytoplasm of tumor cells. COX expression was evaluated by staining intensity and scored as follows: negative=0; weak expression=1; moderate expression=2; and strong expression=3. Representative photos of the staining are shown in the figure.
