The immunohistochemical panel for case 6 (top rows) was CD10 negative (a), Bcl-6 negative (b), MUM1 positive (c), and displayed high proliferative activity as labeled by Ki-67 (d). This case belonged to the nongerminal center subtype and similar findings were found for the other 25 cases of this subtype. The immunohistochemical panel for case 1 (bottom rows) was CD10 positive (e), Bcl-6 positive (f), MUM1 negative (g), and showed high proliferative activity as labeled by Ki-67 (h). This case belonged to the germinal center subtype.
