Representative chromosome 5 plots of luminal, HER2 and basal-like cancers obtained from re-analysis of the data from Natrajan et al.48 Log2 ratios are plotted on the x axis against each clone according to genomic location on the y axis. BACs categorized as displaying genomic gains or amplification are plotted in green and those categorized as genomic losses in red, as defined by previously validated cutoffs for circular binary segmentation-smoothed log2 ratios.
