The photomicrographs of IHC staining that showed strong reactivity in this study. (a) PTEN, (b) p-AKT1, (c) p-MTOR, and (d) p-EIF4EBP1 show strong cytoplasmic staining of the tumor cells, and some positive cells stained for p-AKT1 and p-MTOR also exhibit membranous staining in these examples. On the other hand, (e) p-RPS6KB2 demonstrates strong nuclear reactivity in the intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma specimens.
