Latency intervals of therapy-related myeloid neoplasms after FCR treatment were estimated by the Kaplan–Meier curves. P: patients presented with a clinical picture of ‘prolonged myelosuppression’ after FCR; R: patients achieved a complete hematological recovery after FCR, but later developed therapy-related myeloid neoplasms. The latency intervals were significantly different between these two groups of patients (23 vs 42 months, P<0.001).
