The box shows the 25th–75th percentile, the horizontal line inside the box represents the median, the whiskers extend to the 10th and 90th percentiles, and the outlying black circles are individual data points outside the 10th and 90th percentiles. The number of CpG island loci methylated is highest in the luminal–HER2 subtype and lowest in the basal-like subtype.
