An 8.0-cm MEN-1 pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor displaying biphasic morphology and heterogeneous immunolabeling for DAXX. The more typical pancreatic neuroendocrine morphology is seen on the left; a second morphologic pattern with prominent nucleoli and abundant cytoplasm is seen on the right.
