(b) Tumor cells have vesicular nuclei, grooved nuclear membrane, a few prominent nucleoli, and clear to eosinophilic cytoplasm (H&E, × 400). In immunohistochemistry, tumor cells were positive for PLZF (c), CD3 (d), CD4 (e, left), T-cell receptor βF1 (e, right). (f) EBV was infected in reactive B cells in in situ hybridization for EBV-encoded RNA.
