(d) The mean Myc protein levels of ABC-DLBCL were significantly higher compared with those of GCB-DLBCL. (e and f) MYC rearrangement-positive (MYC-R+) DLBCL without high Myc immunohistochemistry scores (either GCB or ABC subtype) had significantly lower MYC-mRNA levels. (g) MYC-R+ DLBCL patients without high Myc immunohistochemistry scores had significantly better overall survival compared with MYC-R+/Mychigh DLBCL. Mychigh, high Myc protein expression; Myclow, low Myc protein expression.
