Anaplastic large cell lymphoma, ALK+. (a) Sheets of tumor cells with pleomorphic morphology (H&E). (b) These cells are positive for CD30, (c) ALK1 protein, (d) focal cyclin D1, (e) cyclin D2, and (f) phospho-STAT3. The cells were also diffusely positive nuclear staining cyclin D3 (not shown).
