Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the nasopharynx mimicking carcinoma. The aggregation of lymphoma cells can result in a pseudo-cohesive appearance, reminiscent of carcinoma (left). The diagnosis is confirmed by positive immunostaining for CD20 (right).
