Abscissa is the logarithmic value of the level of variation (LogRatio) and ordinate is the negative logarithm of the statistical value (−log (p)) of fluorescence intensities of the hybridized probes from positive or negative LN samples. There was more than a twofold change in normalized fluorescence intensity of 12 microRNAs (blue triangle) between the positive LN vs negative LN groups (P<0.05): 7 have decreased intensity (on the left) and 5 have increased intensity (on the right).
