NS, not significant. b, Functional importance (FI) scores were generated for all point mutations and divided into distributions for nonsignificant mutations (top histogram; n = 1,019) and significant mutations (bottom; n = 36). Comparison of distributions is via the Kolmogorov–Smirnov statistic.
