The Lorenz number (L) used for obtaining κlat (κlat = κtot − σLT, where σ is the electrical conductivity and T is absolute temperature) was approximately equal to 1.5 × 10−8 V2 K−2 since the undoped SnSe is a non-degenerate semiconductor; the ratio of κlat to κtot indicates that κtot is dominated by phonon transport.
