For each pair of figures, the figure on the left represents the fraction of original differentiated taxa recovered by the respective method (recall) and the figure on the right represents the fraction of original differentiated taxa out of all (false positive and true positive) differentiated taxa by the respective method for a specific treatment comparison and dataset (precision).
