In the November research article, “A T-cell-selective interleukin 2 mutein exhibits potent antitumor activity and is well tolerated in vivo,” by A.B. Shanafelt et al., the black and the white circle labels were reversed in the first sentence of the legends for Figures 2 through 6. In each case, BAY 50-4798 is represented by black circles. White circles in Figure 2 represent wild-type human IL-2; white circles in Figures 3–6 represent Proleukin. In Figures 3–5, the inverted black triangles correctly represent vehicle.
