Endothelial cells confined in agarose coffins were imaged and registered to obtain average positional intensity, as described in main text and Methods. (A) Normalized mean intensity of GFP-myosin IIA (green), Td-Tomato-CAAX (purple) and calculated mean curvature as a function of distance along the confined borders of cells as shown in Fig. 4. CAAX signal shows some fluctuations, but are not correlated with curvature.
