(b) De novo analysis of over-represented sequence motifs for regions bound by each of the TFs examined in this study. As expected, each dataset showed a top scoring motif that coincided with the immunoprecipitated TF. A marked co-enrichment of many known pancreatic TF and TEAD1 motifs was observed.
