(a) HeLa cells stably expressing RFP-GFP-LC3 were treated with poly(dA:dT) dsDNA or 5′-PPP dsRNA, followed by immunostaining analysis to determine the formation and colocalization of R-BiP with LC3 puncta as visualized by RFP fluorescence.
