Mice were injected intraperitoneally with 0.040 μmol g−1 puromycin dissolved in 100 μl PBS. Exactly 30 min after injection, tissues were extracted and frozen in liquid N2 for immunoblot analysis with anti-puromycin antibody (n=4).
