WT and GSK3β-KI mice (n=4 mice per genotype) were immunized with OVA and CFA. After 14 days, mice were euthanized and serum was collected and OVA-specific IgM (a), IgG (b), IgG1(c) and IgG2c (d) were determined by ELISA. (e,f) Splenocytes were isolated from immunized WT and GSK3β-KI mice and restimulated ex vivo with OVA antigen. Production of IL-4 (e) and IFNγ (f) by were determined by ELISA. Data are shown as mean±s.e.m. and are representative of three independent experiments.
