These data demonstrate the collapse of the data shown in Fig. 3a using equation (4) for the weakly correlated, spatially correlated and eroded fractures, for fracture length scales of 0.0625–1 m. The shape of the symbol indicates the fracture length scale: 0.0625 (circles), 0.125 (squares), 0.25 (diamonds), 0.5 (filled inverted triangle) and 1 m (filled triangle).
