Purified spleen B cells (1 × 105 per ml) were stimulated with 10 μg ml−1 of LPS for 24 h and then transduced with retrovirus expressing GFP (control) or EAF2-IRES-GFP (Eaf2). The cells were further cultured for 24 and 48 h and analysed for cell death by Annexin-V and 7-AAD staining. (a) Representative FACS profiles of B cells cultured for 24 and 48 h.
