(b) The expression of MSC markers on IL-17RA+ mesenchymal cells of the repair tissue (n=3−6). Most of the IL-17RA+ mesenchymal cells were PαS cells positive for both platelet-derived growth factor receptor-α (PDGFRα) and Sca-1. Statistical analysis was carried out using Student’s t-test.
