In a, representative merged pictures are shown for HDNs and LDNs of APCMin/+ and APCMin/+/C3aR−/− mice. Original magnification, × 20. Scale bar, 40 μm. (bc) For quantification, NETs were counted on the whole slide and expressed as NET per cm2. Results are pooled from two independent experiments with two to three mice per group. Significance was calculated by using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with Bonferroni post test (*P<0.05). Data in panels b and c is summarized as mean plus s.e.m..
