(b,c) Vdc as a function of microwave frequency under various d.c. bias currents (Idc). The d.c. bias was found to significantly affect Vdc. (d) Maximum Vdc as a function of the d.c. bias. The inset in d shows the spectral linewidth of the free-layer FMR as a function of Idc. By extrapolating the fitting line (grey solid line), the critical current (Ic) for magnetization stability in the free layer is estimated to be −0.2 mA.
