Effects of hFc-FNDC4 treatment on proinflammatory gene expression in the basal (3–4 individual donors) (a) and LPS-stimulated state (2–3 individual donors) (b). Macrophages were cultured in the presence of macrophage colony-stimulating factor and treated with hFc-FNDC4 or hFc control for 24 h.
