The waveguide is rectangular silicon over a glass substrate. The width of the waveguide is 400 nm and its height is 220 nm. When needed, a graphene sheet is included into the waveguide centred at the middle with a height (or thickness) of 1 nm. The graphene is included only when the Kerr effect is needed, while it is not included otherwise.
