A finite element analysis shows the magnified image of sub-diffraction-limited objects. The objects are composed of three circular openings on perfect electric conductor. The diameter of each circle is 50 nm, and the distance between the circles is 150 nm. The working wavelength is 410 nm. At the image plane, the distance between the circles is |360 nm.
