The measured lattices identified via HRTEM were also confirmed through X-ray diffraction analysis. (a) X-ray diffraction spectrum of the P(Py:EDSA:Py) film. The d spacings in the [0001] direction observed in the X-ray diffraction spectrum are consistent with the lattice parameter c and the theoretical length between repeating units. (b) X-ray diffraction spectrum of the P(Py:BPDSA:Py) film. The d spacings in the [100] direction observed in the X-ray diffraction spectrum are consistent with the lattice parameter a and the theoretical length between repeating units.
