RNA was extracted from 4T1 cells 3 weeks following infection with Palladin shRNA or scrambled shRNA as control. mRNA expression levels were normalized to GAPDH. (b) Western blot demonstrating decreased Palladin protein (isoform 4, 90 kDa) on stable overexpression of Palladin shRNA. Protein was extracted from 4T1 cells 3 weeks following infection. Protein band quantification was performed using ImageJ software and protein levels were normalized to Actin levels.
