(b) Deletion of a fragment containing the NFKB1 binding motif (E5Δ400 bp) within CD47 SE E5 constituent abolishes enhancer activity, while a 276 bp deletion excluding the NFKB1 motif (E5Δ276 bp) did not have any effect on E5 enhancer activity.
