In good approximation, does not depend on time and fluence. Before the centre of the excitation pulse, the out-scattering rate is proportional to the time-dependent pump-fluence with a constant offset Γ0 (red lines). The grey area denotes the time range, where can be fitted with Γ0+ (red lines). (b) Time and fluence dependence of the Coulomb-induced in-scattering rates. In a time range well before the centre of the excitation pulse, can be fitted with (red lines).
