  1. They were obtained by fitting the experimental data shown in Fig. 1e–g by equation (2). For Sample S2, the fitting parameter Cy is fixed and has the same value for both below (≥813 nm) and above (<813 nm) GaAs bandgap excitation as it arises from the same origin (a slight misalignment in the experimental geometry as discussed in the text). The uncertainty are received from the least-square-fitting procedure of the angular dependence data using equation (2).
