The solid purple curve is a linear fit of the experimental values. In a,b, the error bars correspond to the s.e.s. on the fit parameter T2*, T1,orbital and T1,spin, respectively. In both figures, the y axis on the right indicates the coherence times corresponding to the rates of the left axis. The temperature is measured below the sample mount, and, due to heating from the microwave, is expected to be lower than the temperature at the SiV.
