Results are pooled from 26 mice taken from seven experiments. (b) DNAM-1 MFI on single-Ly49r⁺ NK cells in D^b−/−, D^d-transgenic, K^b−/−, B6 (K^bD^b), D^d-transgenic (K^bD^bD^d) and B2m^−/− mice. Results are shown as per cent of expression compared to the same NK-cells subset in K^b−/−D^b−/− mice, which is represented by the line at 100% relative DNAM-1 expression. Data are from three experiments with at least six mice in total.
