Numbers of ILC3s and the indicated subpopulations of ILC3s were calculated (right panel). (b) Arid1aflox/flox and Arid1aflox/floxRorc-Cre mice were intraperitoneally injected with 7 mg kg−1 BrdU for 16 h, followed by flow cytometry analysis of BrdU signals in the indicated ILC3 cells.
