Gradient concentrations (ranging from 15.6–1000 nM) of HSV-1 gD were injected through flow cells immobilized with nectin-1. The kinetic profiles are shown. The dissociation constant (KD) of the gD/nectin-1 complex was calculated to be 17.1 nM.
