To our knowledge, none of these γ-GT homologues (with an alignment score of 165) have been functionally characterized, with the exception of LmbA-like proteins (for example, LmbA, Ant6, Por11, SibY, TomL and HrmG, indicated by red diamonds) in this study. The sequence similarity networks are 95% representative node networks, that is, the sequences that share more than 95% identity are represented by a single node. The nodes that are not associated with Gram-positive actinobacteria were omitted manually.
