The thermovoltage ΔVP (solid circles) and ΔVAP (open circles) as a function of the laser power P in the cases of heating the top lead (a) and the bottom lead (b). It is found that ΔVP and ΔVAP behave like P1/2. (c) The magnetothermovoltage ratio (ΔVAP−ΔVP)/ΔVP as a function of the laser power. It is ~40%, which is very close to the TMR ratio, and is constant with the laser power.
