(a) Human HEK293T cells were infected with an MOI of 5 with AvianPr, KAN-1, AvianPr-NS-KAN-1 and AvianPr-PB2-E627K. After the indicated time points post-infection (p.i.), cells were lysed and RNA levels were determined by primer extension analysis using primers specific for segment 6.
