Expression analysis of GA3OX1, GA3OX2, SOC1 and LFY genes in wild-type and tem1-1 tem2-2 mutant grown under LD (a) and SD (b) before flowering. Pools of ten plants for each time point were collected at ZT12 at day 6, 8 and 10 under LD and at ZT8 at week 2, 3 and 4 under SD. Two biological replicates gave similar results, one representative is shown with error bars of three qPCR replicates. Several other biological replicates are shown in Supplementary Fig. S7.
