From: In situ measurement of exciton energy in hybrid singlet-fission solar cells
EQE and current–voltage characteristics of the best PbSe-pentacene device. The inset shows the current-voltage data, with an open-circuit voltage of 0.48 V, a short-circuit current of 19.9 mA cm−2 and a fill factor of 49%, leading to a power conversion efficiency of 4.7% under AM1.5G illumination. The nanocrystal bandgap in the film is 0.98 eV.
