The samples were prepared from the EtOAc extracts of D. eschscholzii cultures without (1) and with exposures to tricyclazole at 30 (2), 50 (3), 100 (4) and 150 mg l−1 (5). The LC–MS/MS profiles in an EIC mode (ac) were acquired in MRM (multiple reaction monitoring) mode where the authentic dalesconols A–C signified in the ESI (electrospray ionization interface) /MS/MS product ion spectrum (df).
