Quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) and absolute quantification method was used. Dnmt1, Dnmt3a and Dnmt3b expression of each sample was normalized to rRNA 18S expression. Significant differences versus the control group were determined by two-way ANOVA (after log-transform) followed by Holm-Sidak post-hoc test.
