Immobilized GST, GST-Rab9 and GST-Rab7 were conversed into GDP (inactive) and GTP (active) forms, respectively, then loaded with extract of S2 cells expressing myc-Vps35. The bound protein complex were detected by anti-myc antibody. Input represent 3% of the loaded extract. Scale bar, 10 μm.
